Nicole has taught yoga for almost 4 years now. She trained in Atlanta, GA where she also found her love of rock climbing. Nicole specializes in Hatha Yoga with an affinity for inversions, vinyassa flows and restorative practices. You'll never get the same sequence and she'll always ask for suggestions to to cater to her students needs. No matter what, it'll be a fun and lighthearted class designed to make your climbing career easier and maybe more fun!

Brittany is a San Diego native and 200 RYT who is passionate about yoga and the extensive benefits that accompany the practice not only physically, but very much mentally and spiritually as well. As a yoga practitioner, outdoor adventurer and climbing enthusiast, Brittany has always been drawn to the unique landscape and culture of South East Asia, which is why in 2014, Brittany traveled solo to India to complete her residential teacher training course in the breathtaking foothills of the Himalaya. Following her graduation, she continued to backpack throughout South East Asia learning, teaching and further developing her practice along the way.

Robin Hazard

Robin is a nature-loving, life long learner rediscovering her inner wild child and finding spontaneous joy.  She loves hiking, running, swimming, climbing, and various other forms of outdoor recreation. Robin believes that yoga is an important part of keeping ourselves injury free, staying mindful and aware of the body. She also believes that core strength and flexibility are key to living a happy and healthy life and incorporates that perspective into her classes. Robin hopes to instill and inspire others to rediscover their authentic selves and have fun doing so!

Natalie stringer

Natalie has been practicing yoga for over two years, and recently have gotten more seriously into climbing. She is a native of San Diego and loves living here. What she loves most about yoga is that it's for everyone, it doesn't exclude one group of people, it welcomes every person. Natalie loves teaching - and taking! - vinyasa flow yoga as well as restorative yoga. Her classes are playful, fun and full of support for all levels of students.

Yagi Tramontini

Yagi started her yoga practice in 2006 and in 2017 decided to complete the training to become a certified yoga instructor. Yagi takes a very personal and passionate interest in finding physical, mental, emotional and spiritual techniques that work to release trauma and create a true sense of self alignment and self-love and brings this passion and curiosity to all the work she does. Some other fun facts about Yagi: She is the mother of a beautiful, young boy born in 2010. She is a musician (piano and bass guitar), a self-admitted closet geek with a penchant for fantasy adventure and MMORPG's, and has a fascination with the latest technology gadgets.

Pauline Villanueva

Pauline first stumbled upon yoga in 2013, during a fundraising event for the New Children's Museum downtown, and immediately got hooked. Since then, yoga has been a passion which has changed her life. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in April of 2016. Her focus is on the accessibility and sustainability of a yoga practice, as well as exploring new things and having fun! She hopes to share her experiences with others, in the hopes that they will find their own path and discover the same benefits from yoga. Off the mat, Pauline is an attorney who enjoys reading, drinking craft beer, and hanging out with her cats.

Neil Minella

As an athlete growing up in Chicago Illinois, Neil was taught to believe in desire, determination and dedication. He always set out to be the best he could be and I wanted the same for his clients. Neil believe's that it's essential to make everyday fun and make everyday different. To never settle and “improve upon improving.” To listen to your body and mind. He also believes that making a personal goal and understanding what you want to achieve is the first step.

Ruth has been practicing yoga since 2011. She was drawn to yoga for it's grounding and centering effects it had on her life. Through yoga she found stillness and peace by being able to let go of the stress and worries of life. She first completed her RYT-200 training at Corepower in the summer of 2013 and Yoga Sculpt teacher training shortly after in October 2014. There she found her confidence and voice to share the passion, love, and stillness she found through yoga. She started climbing with her husband in 2016 and has been hooked ever since. Aside from yoga and climbing Ruth loves to sing, explore the great outdoors, and spend time with her fury friends Emma, Bixby, and Goose.
