Vertical Hold Yoga Basics

Vertical Hold offers premiere all-levels vinyasa flow, restorative, and climber specific yoga classes. New members, as well as drop-ins, are always welcome. Yoga at VH is a great choice whether you’re a beginner, or a long-time yoga enthusiast.

Yoga pairs with climbing like PB and J! Increase your overall strength, balance, flexibility, mental health and physical health. Vertical Hold yoga classes are complimentary with membership or day pass. Yoga mats and blocks are available at no extra charge. Our friendly instructors are climbers too and know just what you need!
