The first indoor clinic of the Gym 2 Crag program is the knots and hitches clinic. The first thing any new climber wanting to progress to the outdoors should know are the basic knots and hitches needed to climb with. In the knots and hitches clinic you'll be taught the fundamental skills on how to tie the knots and hitches we use on a regular basis while climbing outdoors. From figure eights, double figure 8's, bowline and water knots, to the klemheist and prusik friction knots, to the clove and munter hitch, we'll review and practice everything you need to know about climbing knots and hitches.
