KATIE PACK
Katie has been practicing yoga for pretty much her whole life (shoutout to her awesome mom who is also a yoga instructor!!). Her classes are focused around restoration and mobility for climbing-specific muscle groups. Her passion for rock climbing continues to lead her ever forward into the unknown. She’s a self-proclaimed trad dad and her personal yoga practice serves to fuel and restore her body for the next epic adventure. Her vinyasa style classes are a great opportunity for people to find their zen, expand their mobility and untangle all the muscles that work hard for us while we’re on the wall. She can’t wait to see you in class!!

LIANNA SHIMOUN
Lianna was introduced to yoga through dance and has been practicing for over 15 years. She received her 200HR certification in the summer of 2020 and has been teaching since.
Much of Lianna’s foundation in yoga is focused on anatomy and alignment which are integrated into her style of teaching. She encourages excitement and open-mindedness in the practice of yoga and structures her classes to be accessible to all.
Yoga has been a significant part of Lianna’s life, and she is excited to share her passion for the practice with you on the mat!

MELISSA SANTOS
Mel is a passionate yoga teacher who has been practicing for nearly two years. From the moment she stepped onto the mat, she fell in love with yoga and knew she wanted to share its transformative power with others. With a focus on creating a safe and welcoming space, Mel aims to help students unwind, relax, and experience the myriad benefits of yoga that have significantly improved her own quality of life.
Outside of teaching, Mel enjoys spending time at the beach, nurturing a collection of plants, and caring for animals. Her holistic approach to well-being extends beyond the mat, and she is dedicated to fostering a supportive community where everyone can explore the joys of yoga together.
