NICOLE WINTERS

Nicole is certified as a 200hr RYT through Yoga Alliance, and is currently training to be a Yoga Therapist through The Soul of Yoga. She also has a 100hr certification in yoga for cardiac and cancer patients, as well as 100+ hours of training in prenatal yoga. She has been teaching since 2016.

She took her first yoga class in 2012 as a means of cross-training for running competitively, and was instantly hooked. The feeling of pure bliss and relaxation she experienced after that first class encouraged her to dive into a personal yoga practice that she has maintained ever since.

This new-found love of practice sparked a desire to share yoga with others. Her goal as a teacher is to make yoga accessible for everyone, help her practitioners experience the same feelings of bliss that led her to fall in love with yoga, and offer tools and tips for starting & maintaining a home practice.
