Camp Vertical’s Leader In Training program provides teens the opportunity to learn responsibility in a work setting. Under the guidance and supervision of our camp staff, teens gain hands-on job experience and leadership skills. LITs assist in the daily operations of camp, including camp set-up, camp tear-down, climbing lessons, camp activities, and crafts.

Additionally, all hours completed within our LIT Program can be recorded as volunteered community service hours!

Summer Program Fee: $25 per week, Includes two camp staff shirts
